Marine Welding Processes & Positions teaches Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW), Gas Metal Arc Welding (GMAW/MIG), Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (TIG), and Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) across all critical positions. You’ll practice fillet welds, groove welds, pipe-to-pipe, and pipe-to-plate joints using marine-grade electrodes and shielding gases in simulated shipyard conditions.

Blueprint Reading & Layout Skills covers marine fabrication drawings, weld symbols (AWS A2.4), material take-offs, template development, and 3D layout for ship blocks, rudders, propellers, and accommodation modules.
